The judges liked the use of perspective within Frankie’s design, as it draws the viewer into their picture. The buildings, at different angles and scales, create depth, and strong colours and black lines show that Frankie has really engaged with the idea of stained glass. Frankie's depiction of the City as an engaging place reflects Sir Peter Estlin's quest to make the City a better place to work and reinforces the notion of attracting people to London."
