Reflections of The Lord Mayor invites one visionary organisation to become Signature Partner for the 2026 commission: Untapped Light – Championing SEND Talent in Careers, City & Community.
This 10th-anniversary commission marks a significant moment for Reflections — a decade of honouring stewardship through stained glass, and a deepening commitment to inclusion, creativity and civic possibility. The Untapped Light roundel will be unveiled at the Reflections Gala Evening at Guildhall and presented to Naresh Sonpar CC, Chair of the London Careers Festival, in recognition of his leadership in advancing meaningful career pathways for SEND young people across the City.
In April 2025, Reflections received the Championing SEND Talent in Careers Award — presented by Alderman Alastair King during his mayoralty. To now commission and present this roundel in his presence, and to gift it to Naresh, completes the circle: from recognition → to commitment → to legacy in glass.
