Thank you for your interest in the Untapped Light stained glass roundel commission.

This form is used to submit your design and supporting material for consideration by the judging panel. Please complete all sections carefully and upload your design in one of the accepted formats.

Word counts are provided as guidance, not strict limits. What matters most is clarity of thought, integrity of design, and a clear relationship to the theme.
