Judging Criteria & Panel
Introduction
Judges will score each criterion, with a maximum total score of 100 points for the narrative, which will be combined with the video assessment.
Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Judging Overview:
Relevance to Theme (25%): How well does the video capture the essence of "Connect to Prosper"?
Creativity and Originality (25%): Uniqueness of concept and execution.
Technical Quality (20%): Production value, including cinematography, editing, and sound design.
Storytelling (20%): Clarity and impact of the narrative or message.
Collaborative Spirit (10%): Evidence of effective teamwork and diverse contributions.
Narrative Assessment Criteria:

Christopher Seow
Christopher Seow, Founder of Reflections of The Lord Mayor, initiated the Connect to Prosper Video Challenge to foster connections across generations. With a focus on collaboration and empowering young voices, Christopher's work bridges the gap between past wisdom and future innovation, inspiring tomorrow’s leaders.

Abel Aboh
Abel Aboh is a Data Management expert with a track record of embedding data strategies across sectors. A seasoned speaker at events like Big Data London and the Data Innovation Summit, he is passionate about AI, ESG, and social mobility. Abel currently leads data initiatives at the Bank of England.

Sue Searle
As Chair of King's College London Alumni Association, Sue mentors graduates to foster new business connections, enhance social skills, and build confidence. She serves on the Distinguished Alumni Awards and Sport Hall of Fame judging committees. Sue works collaboratively with others online in her own business. Through collaboration, she embodies the Connect to Prosper ethos.

Hans Bathija
Hans G. Bathija, FBCS FCIPS, is an accomplished IT leader with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has delivered complex IS/IT initiatives for governments and major corporations, including IBM, Reuters, CIBC, and the Government of Canada. As President of BathijaTan and a Partner at Shadow Factory, Hans brings deep expertise in IT, ethics, and leadership to the judging panel.

Andrew Marsden
An award-winning strategist, with 30 years board experience, Andrew is a respected chairman, non-executive director, and board advisor. He is a member of several London Livery companies, and served as Sheriff of The City of London in 2022/3
Formerly on the Government Committee on Advertising and a panel member of the BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) Awards, chair of a global communications agency, he has a keen interest in all forms of visual communication
